What impressed us most was that the people at BOOTIQ (formerly Blueberry) took a broader view of things. This included an interest in working with our website content, which helped us understand the connections and better achieve our goals.

BOOTIQ (formerly Blueberry) and its team are a reliable, professional partner for our company. Together, we have expanded our digital marketing communications into new media — social networks — and continue to develop them. I particularly value being able to keep the Czech market informed not only about news, innovative materials and showcase construction projects, but above all about the vision and activities of the Českomoravský beton group in the Czech Republic.

The ISIC card has a long history not only in Czechia, but also in Europe and around the world. Based on positive previous experiences, GTS Alive therefore approached BOOTIQ to develop a comprehensive solution and add new functions to the system. BOOTIQ also worked with the GTS Alive team on its overall modernisation, the development of a mobile app, digitisation of the card and integration with external systems, including specific services such as local discount systems in individual countries. In the Czech Republic, for example, this includes the unique option of using a digital ISIC card to buy public transport passes.

The Kreativní Česko project exceeded our expectations. The number of creative professionals and organisations that joined the project surpassed our targets. The collaboration has given us new experience and a new approach to project management. The experts at BOOTIQ guided us throughout and were always available to help. We hope this will inspire other public institutions to embrace an agile approach and incorporate it into their processes.

Our app brings a simple, professional tool to private senders too. Customers have the right to return goods without giving a reason within two weeks of placing an order. According to a survey, however, many people find returns too complicated and therefore prefer not to shop online at all. Our app also removes this barrier: the entire process takes just a few minutes. This makes returning goods easier than ever.

It was a great project in which we learned a lot, and we can rightly be proud of the results. Special thanks go to the wonderful teams whose teamwork and dedication made it all possible. Personally, I am very grateful for the opportunity to meet so many talented, hardworking people. We are delighted to continue this collaboration!
