Brief
O2 needed to streamline its internal process management and optimise the lifecycle of its business processes. The aim was to increase transparency, accelerate decision-making and improve coordination between IT and business teams in a rapidly growing organisation.
Solution
We implemented an efficient system to support internal processes using Atlassian products, with a primary focus on JIRA, Change Management and business case approvals. By deploying JIRA, Jira Software (Agile) and Confluence, we significantly improved the IT department’s development processes. The solution brought greater transparency, clear task ownership and better control over the entire change lifecycle, from proposal to deployment.
