Brief

For the Slovak company Up Déjeuner, a leader in employee benefits, the aim was to improve its technology infrastructure and develop a new application and system. Employees needed to be able to keep all benefits on one card and manage them through an application. HR departments needed to configure all parameters simply and efficiently online.

Project solution

Up now has a highly available system with its own mobile application that functions as a payment terminal on a phone. It covers the comprehensive services employers offer their staff, including the UpBenefia flexible-benefits system, gift vouchers, one-off cultural vouchers and internal company benefits. These can be managed through the MojeUp portal. The system also handles holiday recreation vouchers, which in Slovakia receive contributions from both employer and employee.
