Brief

4finance had outdated, unsustainable software, with every update taking too long and placing a burden on development.

Solution

Our task was to devise a solution that would demonstrate that our new approach truly worked. We first carried out a thorough analysis of our existing projects within 4finance. We identified two main shortcomings: developing website frontends took too long, and it was difficult to find experienced developers accustomed to the company’s working processes.
