Training description
Jira is an excellent tool for tracking issue status. Its administration contains many configuration options that can be confusing for a new administrator.
This training provides an overview of the key Jira configuration options that need to be considered when preparing a new instance.
The trainer alternates between presentation and live demonstrations in a running Jira application. Participants also receive access to a training instance where they can try the features during the course.
- The course covers Jira elements that are not specific to Jira Service Management configuration.
- The training covers Jira Server, Data Center and Jira Cloud.
- The training is available in Slovak, English or German.
