Introduction to Jira
Training description
This training introduces the fundamentals of Jira. You will learn how to create issues, work with them, find them, use search results and create dashboards.
The trainer alternates between presentation and live demonstrations in a running Jira application. Participants also receive access to a training instance where they can try the features during the course.
- The training does not cover Jira Service Management-specific features. Those topics are covered in other available courses.
- The training covers Jira Server, Data Center and Jira Cloud.

4 hours (3 hours for Cloud)

Users who are new to Jira and want to learn the fundamentals.
