We have launched a B2B e-shop platform for dental clinics, dental hygiene clinics, dental technicians and dental students to purchase dental hygiene products.

CURAPROX IS ONE OF THE LEADERS IN THE SALE OF DENTAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS NOT ONLY ON THE SLOVAK MARKET. IT WANTS TO MAINTAIN THIS POSITION ALSO IN THE ONLINE ENVIRONMENT AND FURTHER STRENGTHEN IT. CURAPROX CHOSE BOOTIQ TO MAKE THE DIGITAL BUSINESS MORE EFFICIENT.

CHALLENGE: A MODERN E-SHOP FOR BUSINESS PARTNERS

The main goal of the project was to build a clear, modern and fast B2B e-shop platform for the client for dental clinics of dental hygiene, dental technicians and students for the purchase of products. Based on the increase in the number of business partners, Curaprox identified the need to streamline the creation, management and processing of orders. Through the platform, it is possible to easily order dental hygiene products and, thanks to regular orders, obtain long-term benefits.

THE EFFECTIVE B2B PORTAL WAS A CLEAR CHOICE

The BOOTIQ team was tasked with devising a solution that would automate the ordering process for B2B partners as much as possible. Subsequently, the team connected it to the existing business systems and simplified the operation of the store. The result is time savings for sellers, warehousekeepers and business partners when ordering products.

HOW WE DEFINED THE OBJECTIVES AND BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Definition of objectives
    To define the goals of the project, ie the launch of the B2B portal, we first defined a range of business requirements with the client. Based on them, we prepared a specific solution. The big challenge was to connect the B2B portal to the existing applications that Curaprox uses. The BOOTIQ team thus integrated the Pohoda accounting system and, for example, the e-mail client. Based on the supplied visual materials, we then started the development of the B2B e-shop and gave it a concrete form.
  • BOOTIQ solution step by step
    • We connected the solution to an existing ERP system. We have also uploaded the functions for creating bonus promotions, loyalty points, or for granting special rights to operate the store, to the portal itself.
    • Thanks to active cooperation with the client, consistent definition of goals and business requirements, we were able to deliver the product on time.
    • The result was time savings for retailers, warehousekeepers and business partners themselves when ordering Curaprox dental hygiene products.

    • B2B e-shop platform is available only for approved dental clinics, dental hygiene clinics and other partners.
    • User management: business partners can manage their work team. Everyone can have set competence when buying products.
    • Loyalty points and special promotions: business partners are thus motivated to shop through the portal thanks to various benefits.
    • We have created a specific role for traders. Each of them can be assigned their business partner and shop on his behalf.
